HOME BUILDING & REMODELING - experienced in every phase of home construction from site clearing to C.O. Consulting services also available including handling "red-tape" areas of zoning approvals, meeting with engineers & inspectors, etc. GENERAL & MECHANICAL CONTRACTING - over 25 years experience working for self, including many successfully executed contracts for NYS. PLUMBING, PIPE FITTING & WELDING - Dave is a professionally trained Journeyman who worked several years with union outfits.
